What We Look For
We’re particularly interested in people who:
- Have solid demolition experience (ideally 5+ years)
- Are competent across a range of demolition processes
- Can operate plant—especially 360 excavators—safely and confidently
- Take genuine care in their equipment and surroundings
- Are good communicators, team players, and adaptable when challenges arise
- Don’t mind staying away on the occasional job (we cover accommodation and expenses)
